Terms/Conditions and delivery for the above companies are:

“The Company” Terms and Conditions:

Definitions:

In this Agreement, unless the contrary intention appears:
“The Company” means Bob Cooper Outback Survival Pty Ltd
And/or Bob Cooper Snake Rescue and Relocation Pty Ltd

“Customer” means the person or entity identified as the customer in this Agreement, and includes any person or entity that purchases goods from the companies.

Trading/Payment Terms:

Payment terms strictly upon ordering online via our website by Credit/Debit Card or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).

“Terms Strictly 7 Days”

All amounts payable under this agreement are inclusive of GST (where applicable). Each to the extent it makes taxable supplies under this Agreement, it shall issue a tax invoice to the other party.

The Company reserves its right to cease supplying goods in the event that an account remains unpaid for more than 7 (seven) days.

All unpaid stock remains the property of the Company.

Returns

All returns to be to be advised by email. Actual products must be returned to the Company with full documentation i.e. receipts/proof of purchase etc. Returns older than 2 months will not be accepted by the Company.

The customer is responsible for return postage costs.

In-person Course Cancellations

Cancellations with at least 7 days’ notice will receive a full refund.
However where costs have been incurred such as airfares, the deposit will be
withheld to recoup that cost.

Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice or ‘no-shows’ will receive no refund.
Deferment of the course will be at the Company’s discretion.

Online Course Cancellations

Faulty Products

The Company will exchange faulty products only if receipts/ proof of purchase are provided, and accompany the return stock for processing.

Products deemed to be faulty will be replaced free of charge and dispatched with next order or posted free of charge.

Delivery:

Terms/Conditions and delivery are:

All orders are dispatched via Australia Post with an expected delivery date of 7 to 10 working days within Australia 7 to 14 days for overseas purchases.

Quantity, shortage or damaged stock must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the stock.

Orders:

Orders will be dispatched within two working days unless notified otherwise.

Orders will be delivered to the customer address as supplied.
